AI Law Tracker maintains a structured record of artificial-intelligence legislation and the compliance duties it creates, across all 50 US states and Washington D.C., the US federal framework, the EU AI Act, and 11 further national regimes. Records are curated by hand against primary government sources — legislature, gazette and regulator domains — and each one carries the source URL, a source tier, and the date a human last verified it. There is no language model in the data path, so a record cannot be invented.
The dataset is informational and is not legal advice. It can lag or be incomplete; always verify against each record's official source before relying on it. Our methodology and public accuracy ledger document how records are added, checked and corrected.

The free tier serves the same records as the paid tiers; paid tiers raise the rate limits and unlock the interpreted obligation layer. There is no bulk dump today; the endpoints below are the complete distribution.
